چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر، طراحی الگویی جهت مدیریت اثربخش بحران در سازمان از طریق یادگیری سازمانی در سازمان‌های منتخب در اتاق مدیریت بحران اصفهان است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی از نظر نوع، توصیفی همبستگی، از نظر زمان گردآوری داده‌ها پیمایشی- مقطعی و از نظر ماهیت داده‌ها و رویکرد پژوهشی از نوع آمیخته (کیفی-کمی) است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را در بخش کیفی، تعدادی از سازمان‌ها و مراکز زیرمجموعه اتاق مدیریت بحران اصفهان تشکیل می‌دهند که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب‌شده‌اند. در بخش کمی، جامعه آماری را تعداد 153 نفر از افراد متخصص در مدیریت بحران در 12 سازمان زیرمجموعه‌ی اتاق مدیریت بحران اصفهان تشکیل می‌دهند که بر اساس تکنیک گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. در بخش کیفی پژوهش، مصاحبه‌های صورت گرفته با استفاده از روش تجزیه‌وتحلیل تماتیک مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. در بخش کمی پژوهش، با استفاده از نتایج حاصل از بخش کیفی، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته تدوین شد و برای جمع‌آوری نظرات پاسخ‌دهندگان از این پرسشنامه استفاده شد. روایی محتوای پرسشنامه با استفاده از نظرات خبرگان مورد تائید قرار گرفت. ارزیابی پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ انجام شد. مقدار آلفای کرونباخ برای کل سؤالات پرسشنامه 961/0 بوده است. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای متغیرهای مربوط به فاز قبل از بحران برابر با 935/0 بوده است. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای متغیرهای فازهای حین بحران و پس از بحران به ترتیب 700/0 و 856/0 بوده است. به‌منظور تحلیل داده‌های حاصل از بخش کمی، رویکرد تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی با استفاده از روش تحلیل مؤلفه‌های اصلی بکار گرفته‌شده است.

چکیده English

The aim of this study is to design a model for effective crisis management in organizations through organizational learning among selected organizations in the Isfahan chamber of crisis management. This study is applied –regarding its purpose, correlative –descriptive – regarding its type, cross- sectional survey- regarding its time of data gathering and it pursues mixed methods (qualitative- quantitative)- regarding the nature of data and research approach. The study’s statistical population in qualitative part includes some organizations in Isfahan chamber of crisis management which were selected by purposive sampling. The statistical population consists of 153 expert people in crisis management were located in the Isfahan chamber of crisis management, who were selected based on snowball technique. In the qualitative part, the interviews were analyzed by thematic method. In the quantitative part, a researcher- made questionnaire was compiled by the results of the qualitative part and this questionnaire was used to collect respondent’s opinions. The content validity was confirmed by subject matter experts' opinions. The questionnaire’s reliability was assessed by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. Total Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was 0.961. Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the variables of the crisis phase and post-crisis phases was 0.700 and 0.856, respectively. To analyze the data from the quantitative part, the exploratory factor analysis approach using the principal component analysis (PCA) method has been used.
