چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تأثیر سرمایه اجتماعی بر تاب‌آوری با نقش میانجی رفتار شهروندی سازمانی در برابر بلایای طبیعی (مورد مطالعه: کارکنان جمعیت سازمان هلال‌احمر شهر کرمانشاه) شکل گرفت. جامعه آماری پژوهش ‌شامل 108 نفر از کارکنان سازمان هلال‌احمر شهر کرمانشاه است که به روش نمونه‌گیری از طریق سرشماری تمام افراد شاغل را به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند و به منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌های مورد نیاز از پرسش‌نامه استاندارد رفتارشهروندی سازمانی توسط پودساکف و مکنزی (1993) پرسش‌نامه استاندارد سرمایه اجتماعی مدل ناهابیت و گوشال (1998) و پرسش‌نامه تاب‌آوری کونور و دیویدسن (2003) استفاده شده است. با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ پایایی پرسش‌نامه‌ها به ترتیب عبارت است از: آلفای کرونباخ رفتار شهروندی سازمانی برابر 0.77، آلفای سرمایه اجتماعی برابر 0.84 و آلفای کرونباخ تاب‌آوری برابر 0.89. روایی پرسش‌نامه‌ها هم با استفاده از روش محتوا و همچنین استاندارد بودن پرسش‌نامه‌ها از روش تحلیل عامل تاییدی و اکتشافی تایید شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش آمار استنباطیSpss21 و به منظور بررسی رابطه بین مؤلفه‌های از آزمون پیرسون و برای تایید یا رد فرضیات پژوهش از روش رگرسیون چندمتغیره و آزمون تحلیل مسیر استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش ارتباط معناداری بین سرمایه اجتماعی و تاب‌آوری و رفتارشهروندی سازمانی نشان داد. بدین معنی که فرضیه‌های تحقیق مورد تایید واقع شده‌اند، اما رفتار شهروندی سازمانی به عنوان نقش میانجی مورد تایید واقع نشد.
