چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی اصلی‌ترین و به‌روزترین حوزه‌ها و زیرحوزه‌های علمی در زمینه حفاظت از زیرساخت‌های حیاتی به انجام رسیده‌است. با دستیابی به این مهم، وضعیت فعلی این علم در جهان شناسایی شده و امکان روندشناسی و آینده‌پژوهی برای متخصصان کشورمان در این حوزه فراهم می‌گردد. هدف دیگر از این پژوهش معرفی پیشروترین کشورها و اصلی‌ترین پژوهشگران بین‌المللی این علم بوده‌است.
این پژوهش از نظر ماهیت، کاربردی است و با روش علم‌سنجی مبتنی بر تحلیل هم‌واژگانی است به انجام رسیده‌است. بررسی‌های محققین حاکی از آن بوده‌است که پیش از این با استفاده از این روش، مقاله‌ای در حوزه حفاظت از زیرساخت های حیاتی در کشورمان تولید نشده‌است. برای دریافت داده‌های خام پژوهش از درگاه مرجع Web of Science استفاده گردید و تحلیل نتایج و ترسیم نقشه‌های خوشه‌بندی نیز با استفاده از نرم‌افزار VOSviewer انجام شده‌است. برای ترسیم نمودارهای زیرخوشه‌ها نیز از نرم‌افزار Xmind بهره‌گیری شده‌است.
یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر حاکی از آن بود که موضوع حفاظت از زیرساخت های حیاتی به عنوان علمی میان رشته‌ای و نسبتا جدید، حوزه‌های بسیار متنوعی از موضوعات را ذیل خود قرار می‌دهد. اما مهمترین موضوعاتی که در حال حاضر پژوهش‌های بین‌المللی روی آنها صورت می‌پذیرد موضوعاتی چون «منابع و محصولات کلیدی»، «فضای سایبر و بانکداری»، «اثرات آبشاری»، «سامانه‌های کنترل صنعتی»، «اسکادا»، «حملات سایبری»، «تروریسم» و «امنیت منابع آب و غذا» می‌باشد. کشورهای آمریکا، ایتالیا و آلمان پیشروترین کشورها و آقایان استیون رینالدی، تد لوییس و جرالد براون پر استنادترین نویسندگان بین‌المللی در زمینه حفاظت از زیرساخت های حیاتی شناخته شدند.

چکیده [English]

This research is aim to identify the main and the most updated scientific fields and sub-fields of "Critical Infrastructure Protection". Gaining this goal, current situation of this science is identified in the world and its available to have futurology and processology for our nations experts. The other goal of this paper was introducing the most pioneer countries and international researchers in this field.
This research is applicable in nature and is done by scientometrics based on co-word analysis method. Authors' reasearches dedicated that no paper with this methodology has been done on the topic of critical infrastructure so far in our country. For gathering raw data we used Web of Science website and results analyzing and clustering maps drawing were done using VOSviewer software. For drawing sub-clusters diagrams, Xmind software was used.
Results of this research showed that critical infrastructure protection as a multi-disciplinary science covers a wide area of issues. But the most important issues or topics on which international researches have been focused are topics like "key products and resources", "cyberspace and banking", "cascading effects", "Industrial control systems", "scada", "cyber attacks", "terrorism" and "food and water resources security". The most pioneer countries are USA, Italy and Germany and Messrs. Steven Rinaldi, Ted g. Lewis and Gerald Brown were known as the most cited international authors in critical infrastructure protection field.
