چکیده

امروزه مدیریت ریسک به عنوان ابزاری جهت کاهش و کنترل ریسک در کسب و کارها، اهمیت ویژه‌ای پیدا کرده است. در این پژوهش با به کارگیری مدیریت دانش برای بالا بردن مزیت رقابتی کسب و کارها و ادغام فرایندهای مدیریت دانش در فرایندهای مدیریت ریسک به دنبال مدیریت ریسک مبتنی بر مدیریت دانش با هدف مدیریت بهتر ریسک‌های احتمالی بوده‌ایم و در نهایت چارچوبی مفهومی برای آن معرفی و پیشنهاد شده ‌است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی است و با روش تحقیق آمیخته کیفی و کمی انجام شده‌است. در مرحله اول با مطالعات نظری و اجماع نظر خبرگان (تکنیک دلفی) شاخص‌های لازم برای متغیرهای فرایندهای مدیریت دانش و مدیریت ریسک تعیین شده است و در مرحله دوم پیمایش مقطعی با توزیع پرسشنامه طراحی شده مطابق شاخص های فوق ، در بین مدیران 376 شرکت فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات عضو سازمان نظام صنفی رایانه‌ای کشور با روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار SmartPLS3 به تبیین ابعاد و ارتباطات مؤلفه‌های مدیریت ریسک مبتنی بر مدیریت دانش پرداخته شده‌است و در نهایت مدل مفهومی برای آن معرفی شده‌است و بر مبنای آن دریافتیم که مدیریت ریسک در شرکت های فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات به میزانی که فرآیند های مدیریت دانش در آنها عملیاتی شده، مطابق مدل مفهومی پژوهش به شکل بهتری انجام می پذیرد و در کاهش و کنترل ریسک های شناسایی شده و احتمالی موثرتر عمل خواهد کرد

چکیده [English]

Nowadays, the risk management has turned to be an important tool in order to control and reduce the business risk. In this study, by using knowledge management to increase the competitive advantage of businesses and integrating knowledge management processes in risk management processes, we have sought risk management based on knowledge management with the aim of better management of potential risks and finally introduced a theoretical framework for it. This article is an applied research which has done in a mixed quantitative-qualitative method. First the required indicators for knowledge management and risk management processes have been identified by literature review, content analysis and Delphi method. Then a survey has been completed via a designed questionnaire, which answered by 376 managers from certified information and communication technology companies belonging to Iranian ICT Guild Organization By structural equation modeling method and smart pls3 software. Explaining factors of risk management based on knowledge management, and their inter-relationship has been asked. Finally a theoretical framework which reveals the greater index of relation between knowledge evaluation, knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing, knowledge reposition, knowledge creation and knowledge application with risk management has been proposed
