[English]

Earthquake can regions and cities a country disabled mobility out of, by disrupting communication network in discipline to and disrupted traffic And the supply of of goods and services to earthquake victims with emergency and safety is a serious obstacles. This situation dangerous because of narrow streets, High concentration of population in old tissues, Tall building incorrect posion decision, constructions Carried out on the path aqueduct and placement of in an area with high seismicity, is That a result of urban sprawl of and increasing congestion in large cities. Resulting in the loss of network performance, the high volume of casualties and financial losses. The purpose of this study was to predict the vulnerability of the communication network is earthquake different intensity. To achieve this, the effective index of 10 metropolitan road network vulnerability to earthquakes in planning models and consolidated since were weighted and fuzzy modeling. Selective layers of in the GIS environment and ultimately the composition of the pre-earthquake vulnerability map was prepared. The model predicts the next step in the design of earthquake scenarios at different intensity 6, 7 and 8 Mrkaly modified was applied overview map of the region before the earthquake vulnerability. The results showed that the damage to the road network in Tehran 3rd District 6 Mercalli scenario suggests 52% of roads in the area are very low and low vulnerability most of the passages with 64% in zone 4 and zone 6, Seyed Khandan neighborhood in southern and northern neighborhoods are Kavvsyh, Scenario 7 Mercalli 53% of roads are in the most vulnerable Most of the streets in the District 1 area on the western side of Vancouver and the District 2 area is in the central part of the neighborhood Hasanabad and Pharmacology. Scenario 8 Mercalli graph vulnerability network in the domain of high vulnerability and complete destruction ascending own again And 80% of regional roads in both domain. Most of these passages, respectively, in regions 6, 1, 2, 5,3 and 4 respectively.
