چکیده

ایستگاه‌های مترو به دلایل مختلفی چون جمعیت‌پذیری بالا از اهمیت بالایی برخوردارند و همواره در معرض تهدیدات انسان‌ساخت مختلف قرار دارند. کاهش آسیب‌پذیری ناشی از این تهدیدها در ایستگاه‌های مترو همانند هر فضای عمومی دیگری در سایه‌ی اقدامات پدافند غیرعامل و مدیریت بحران میسر است که شناخت و رتبه‌بندی تهدیدات، اولین اقدام در این مسیر است. این پژوهش به روش توصیفی - تحلیلی و با استفاده از مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و پرسشنامه به استخراج تهدیدات انسان‌ساخت عمدی حوزه‌ی ایستگاه‌های مترو و رتبه‌بندی آن‌ها در هر یک از اجزای اصلی این فضاهای عمومی می‌پردازد. استخراج تهدیدات تخصصی ایستگاه‌های مترو و تبیین شاخص‌های رتبه‌بندی تهدیدات از مهم‌ترین داده‌های کیفی است که در تهیه‌ی پرسشنامه‌ی تحقیق مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. برای تحلیل داده‌ها نیز علاوه بر آمارهای کمی، از روش تحلیل محتوا استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه‌ی طراحی شده را متخصصان تأیید کردند و پایایی آن بر اساس آزمون آلفای کرونباخ، 928/0 به دست آمد که بیانگر صحت بالای نتایج است. یافته‌های تحقیق بیانگر آن است که از میان نه تهدیدِ پیش روی ایستگاه‌های مترو، بمب‌گذاری اصلی‌ترین تهدید کل این فضا می‌باشد. از دیگر نتایج این تحقیق می‌توان به رتبه‌بندی نه تهدید مذکور در هر یک از جزءهای اصلی ایستگاه مترو اشاره کرد. این رتبه‌بندی بر اساس چهار شاخص "شدت خسارت"، "توانایی دشمن"، "جذابیت هدف" و "سابقه رخداد تهدید" انجام پذیرفت.

چکیده [English]

Congregation of passengers is one of the main reasons that makes the subway stations as high risk places which are often exposed to various man-made risks and threats. Determining and ranking the future threats in each area of the subways are the preliminary acts in crisis management according to the passive defense concept. This research investigates the ranking of those man-made intentional threats which likely exist in the subway stations and public places. A descriptive method (content analysis) has been taken in this research along with utilizing the library studies as well as a questionnaire to gather the specific information. The major threats of the subway stations were extracted and the rank of the threats was determined to achieve the most significant ones. The reliability of the questionnaire was validated by Cronbach’s Alpha test. The findings showed that the terrorist threat such as bomb-planting is the main threat in the subways. The other eight threats in the subways were ranked based on four indices of “damage severity”, “enemy capability”, “targeting attractiveness” and “threat precedence in the main stations of the subways’’
