چکیده

سکونت یافتن، امری ضروری برای انسان است؛ تا آنجا که گردانندگان جوامع مختلف تلاش می‌کنند تا با فراهم کردن تسهیلات لازم، امکان دستیابی به آن را برای همگان فراهم کنند. این موضوع به هر شکل که مطرح گردد، نیازمند مطالعه، بررسی، تحلیل و ارزیابی است؛ به طوری که در هر شرایطی بتوان برای اسکان افراد برنامه‌ریزی کرد. اسکان موقت پس از زلزله نیز یکی از همین شرایط است. با توجه به شدت تخریب ایجاد شده در ساختمان‌ها که آن‌ها را به مکان‌هایی ناامن برای ادامه‌ی زندگی تبدیل می‌کند، اقدامات لازم برای بازسازی‌ها صورت می‌گیرد. اما این امر در بسیاری موارد به زمان نیاز دارد و تا زمان بازسازی ساختمان‌های مسکونی، بازماندگان نیاز به محیطی موقت برای اسکان دارند. در نظر داشتن عواملی چون نیاز به حجم بالایی از سکونتگاه‌ در مدت زمانی کوتاه پس از زلزله، ویژگی‌های اسکان موقت بسته به شرایط زمانی و مکانی سانحه و خصوصیات مشترک آن با سکونتگاه دائم، اهمیت استفاده از نظام‌های ساختمانی و روش‌های ساخت سریع سکونتگاه موقت را روشن می‌سازد. این پژوهش با استفاده از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و با مرور ویژگی‌های اسکان موقت به اولویت‌بندی این ویژگی‌ها از نظر اهمیت می‌پردازد و سپس با طرح سؤالاتی متناسب با ویژگی‌های پیش‌گفته دو نظام ساختمانی LSF و ICF را مورد مقایسه قرار می‌دهد.

چکیده [English]

Habitation is an essential matter for human, so is considered as one of the most basic elements in his life. Thus, community leaders try to provide condition and facilities for convenient settlement of dwellers. It is important to investigate and analysis planning procedures of habitation and accommodating people in different scenarios and situations. Earthquake as a natural disaster is one of the scenarios. In this situation, buildings become unsafe places for living depend on the damage severity. It is very important to refuge the people during rehabilitation time. As a result, temporary housing is needed for housing the survivors after the earthquake. They need a comfort and safe temporary settlement to continue their normal life. Requiring a high volume of settlement accommodations in a limited timeframe after the earthquake was accumulated with some policies and characteristics are used whether by temporary housing or permanent settlements specify the importance of utilizing building systems and fast construction methods of temporary housing. This study aims to prioritize the features of temporary accommodation in terms of importance by reviewing characteristics of the temporary housing by descriptive - analytic method. Finally, this study compares two building systems based on aforementioned features.
