Hospitals have a specific structure and purpose and play a pivotal role in the dynamics of social, economic and psychological systems in a society. For the health sectors, disasters, accidents and crises are complex and controversial issues. Organizational resilience is an effective goal that continuously contributes to the organization's performance during disasters and critical situations, especially in today's corporate world. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to prioritize the dimensions of organizational resilience in the face of coronary crisis in hospitals in Khorramabad. The identified dimensions and domains of organizational resilience assessment of hospitals were provided to the relevant experts and specialists in the form of a questionnaire and then their opinions were received. In this study, the staff and managers of Khorramabad hospitals comprised the population out of which 200 participants were selected for the study. A Likert scale questionnaire was designed and distributed among the participants. The results of the study had a high validity and reliability. In order to analyze the data, Confirmatory Factor Analysis was used to identify the dimensions of organizational resilience and Friedman test was used to prioritize the dimensions. According to the results and based on the opinions of the managers and staff, leadership and decision-making, use of knowledge and experience, commitment of management, readiness, effective public participation and communication and teamwork were the most significant factors in organizational resilience. Thus, it can be concluded that the higher the level of leadership, knowledge and experience, commitment of management and readiness of hospitals is, the greater and better the corona crisis can be controlled.
