Various types of emergency water supplymethods have been discussed during the earthquake, and in particular the role of emergency tanks (always in thedistribution network circuit) to provide quantitative and qualitative water supply for at least the first three days ofcrises and as a new generation water storage depots. The results of hydraulic analysis and modeling on dimensions, operating details and how to connect and deployemergency tanks show that due to the proper flow of water in these tanks they can normally be used as part of thedistribution network. The range of water stored in these tanks that will cover a radius of one thousand meters, usingmanual pumps, gasoline, in emergency situations, using a special smart valve and ... it is distributed outside and forthe benefit of the people who are affected. According to estimates by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in the event of an earthquake measuringabout 7 on the Richter scale, access to about four million Tehran citizens will be cut off from drinkingwater for about 82 days. The project, if implemented, is expected to reduce the population to about one million peopleby 30 days and save about $ 400 million in costs and damages after a potential earthquake in Tehran.}, keywords = {Crisis,emergency reservoirs,Earthquake,Optimization,Water distribution network}, title_fa = {نقش مخازن آب اضطراری به عنوان آب انبارهای نسل تازه در تأمین کمی و کیفی آب شبکه توزیع در مواقع بحرانی}, abstract_fa = {تأمین آب شرب در مواقع بحرانی از جمله زلزله در کلانشهری همچون تهران مهمترین پارامتر جهت حفظ حیات و تداوم عملیات امدادرسانیاست. در این پژوهش کوشش شد با محوریت یکی از مناطق شش گانه آبفای شهر تهران که عمدتاً دارای بافت فرسوده است، به بررسی انواع روش هایآبرسانی اضطراری در مواقع زلزله پرداخته و در ادامه به صورت ویژه نقش مخازن اضطراری)همیشه در مدار شبکه توزیع( در جهت تأمین کمی و کیفیآب در حداقل سه روز اول وقوع بحران ها را نشان داده تا از آن به عنوان آب انبارهای نسل تازه رونمایی کند.نتایج حاصل از تحلیل ها و مد لسازی های هیدرولیکی انجام شده درباره ابعاد، جزییات اجرایی، نحوه اتصال و استقرار مخازن اضطراری نشانمی دهد که با توجه به گردش مناسب آب در این مخازن می توان در حالت عادی از آنها به عنوان بخشی از شبکه توزیع بهره برد؛ در حالی که در مواقعاضطراری با استفاده از یک شیر هوشمند مخصوص ارتباط مخزن با شبکه توزیع قطع می شود. در این حالت آب ذخیره شده در این مخازن که شعاعیمعادل هزار متر را پوشش خواهند داد، با استفاده از پمپ های دستی، بنزینی و ... خارج و جهت مصرف مردم حادثه دیده توزیع می شود.با توجه به برآوردهای آژانس همکاری های بین المللی ژاپن] 1[ یا جایکا ) JICA ( در صورت وقوع زلزله ای با بزرگی حدود 7 ریشتر، دسترسی حدود چهار میلیون نفر از شهروندان تهران به مدت حدود 82 روز به آب آشامیدنی لوله کشی قطع خواهد شد؛ در صورتی که با اجرای این طرح انتظار می رود جمعیت بی آب به حدود یک میلیون نفر و زمان هم به مدت 30 روز کاهش و موجب صرفه جویی حدود 400 میلیون دلاری در هزینه و خسارات پس از زلزله احتمالی شهر تهران شود.}, keywords_fa = {بحران,مخازن اضطراری,زلزله,بهین هسازی,شبکه توزیع آب}, url = {https://www.joem.ir/article_47000.html}, eprint = {https://www.joem.ir/article_47000_ca41d57b6a7629480410b75ba14f8459.pdf} }
