However, the analysis of the physical vulnerability towards multiple hazards is a field that still receives little attention although vulnerability analysis and assessment can contribute significantly to risk reduction efforts. In this paper, an indicator based vulnerability approach, the PTVA (Papathoma Tsunami Vulnerability Assessment), was further developed to be applicable in a multi-hazard context. Finally, presented the number of people injured and killed in different scenarios of human vulnerability caused by fire following the earthquake, in three times (02:00 am, 02:00 pm and 5 pm) in districts 1 and 6 municipal city in Fars province, Iran. Analysis of the data collected according to the methodology of quantitative analysis using methodology and software HAZUS. The estimate of ultimate vulnerability suggests that on the whole the worst scenario, 02:00 am, with the greatest number of casualties, the number of 10918.79 and 27517.72 injured people were killed, a total of 38,436.5 injured (wounded and killed) in the 6th district of Shiraz.}, keywords = {Vulnerability assessment,casualty,fire following earthquake,an indicator-based model PTVA,HAZUS}, title_fa = {ارزیابی سناریوهای آسیب انسانی (تلفات) در کاربری‏های شهری بر اثر حریق در پی زلزله مطالعه‏‏ ی موردی: مناطق 1 و 6 شهرداری شیراز}, abstract_fa = {مناطق شهری بسیاری به وسیله‏ی مخاطرات مرکب مورد تهدید قرار می‏گیرند که منجر به ایجاد آسیب‏های جدی انسانی می‏گردد. این مسئله متأثر از تحولات مرتبط مانند شهرنشینی و ساخت و سازها در مناطق با آسیب‏پذیری بالا است. در این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی آسیب‏پذیری انسانی، مدلی شاخص‏محور تحت عنوان مدل ارزیابی آسیب‏پذیری پاپاثوما1 توسعه داده می‏شود و در نهایت سناریو‏های مختلف آسیب‏پذیری انسانی ناشی از حریق در پی زلزله در سه زمان 2 بامداد (سناریو شب)، 14:00 (سناریو زمان روز) و 17:00 (سناریو زمان اوج رفت و آمد) در دو سطح تعداد افراد مجروح و تعداد کشته‏شدگان در سطح مناطق 1 و 6 شهرداری شیراز واقع در استان فارس ارائه خواهد شد. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات جمع‏‏آوری شده با توجه به روش تحقیق تحلیل کمی با استفاده از متدولوژی و نرم‏افزار HAZUS است. یافته‏ها در برآورد سطوح آسیب‏پذیری نهایی حاکی از تخمین بدترین سناریو مربوط به ساعت 2 بامداد با بیشترین تعداد تلفات برابر با تعداد 32255.12 نفر زخمی و 36651.391 نفر کشته، در مجموع 68906.5 نفر مصدوم (افراد زخمی و کشته شده) است.  }, keywords_fa = {ارزیابی آسیب‏پذیری,تلفات,حریق در پی زلزله,مدل شاخص‏محور PTVA,HAZUS}, url = {https://www.joem.ir/article_31151.html}, eprint = {https://www.joem.ir/article_31151_9337cc5972424525fad6ee6c873f5d8f.pdf} }
