Developed countries are in Essential need of proper transportation system for quick accessibility of patients to decrease mortality in disaster time. By the use of urban politics, strategies, and provisions, it is possible to transform cities to resilient environment in the disastrous situation. This paper aims to pathology analysis of hospital land uses in district 1 of Shiraz city and its effect on accessibility disturbance to these land uses. This study benefits the analytic and quantitative research methods in study the objective of the current research. Urban plans, and filed observation and geographical information system is used in collecting the data. By the use of Average nearest neighbor index, kernel density estimation model, Euclidean distance, and the width of the road to hospitals, the road network and spatial location of such land uses was evaluated. Concerning the number of personnel and hospital beds, findings show the unbalanced and clustered spatial distribution increase vulnerability, and on the other side, low-width roads and inappropriate distance to junctions, threat the resilience of the district. Planning new hospitals, should concern dispersed distribution pattern and to increase the resilience of the environment Network structure of passages must be included in according to health index of hospitals.}, keywords = {pathology,Spatial Resilience,Spatial distribution,hospital,Shiraz}, title_fa = {آسیب‌شناسی تاب‌آوری فضایی شهری با تأکید بر توزیع بیمارستان‌ها(نمونه موردی: بیمارستان‌های مرکز شهر شیراز )}, abstract_fa = {وضعیت مطلوب دسترسی و مراجعه سریع‌تر، راحت‌تر و ایمن‌تر به کاربری‌های بهداشتی درمانی با تحلیل درست و اصولی سیستم‌های کاربری زمین و حمل‌ونقل حاصل می‌شود. نیاز مبرم به سیستم مناسب حمل‌ونقل برای دسترسی سریع بیماران در جهت کاهش نرخ مرگ‌ومیر به‌ویژه در زمان بحران در کشورهای در حال توسعه به شدت احساس می‌شود. می‌توان از طریق راهبردها، سیاست‌ها و قوانین شهرها را به محیطی تاب‌آور در مقابل چنین اتفاقات غیرمنتظره‌ای تبدیل کرد. هدف این مقاله هم تحلیل آسیب‌شناسی توزیع فضایی کاربری‌های درمانی)بیمارستان( در منطقه یک شهر شیراز و اثرات آن در اختلال دسترسی به این نوع از کاربری‌ها در زمان حال است که در شرایط بحرانی دوچندان خواهد شد. در این پژوهش از روش تحقیق تحلیلی و روش‌های کمی در تحلیل و بررسی استفاده می‌شود. در گردآوری اطلاعات از مطالعات میدانی و پایگاه داده سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی بهره گرفته شده است. در این پژوهش با استفاده از شاخص فیزیکی دسترسی به بیمارستان، در ترکیب با شاخص‌های عملکردی بیمارستان و شاخص‌های شبکه معابر آسیب‌شناسی تاب‌آوری فضایی در مرکز شهر شیراز تحلیل می‌شود. با استفاده از زیرشاخص‌های میانگین نزدیک‌ترین همسایگی، مدل تخمین تراکم کرنل، فواصل اقلیدسی و شعاع دسترسی به تحلیل موقعیت فضایی بیمارستان‌ها و دسترسی شهروندان و سپس با محاسبه فاصله تا تقاطع به بررسی شبکه معابر با روش تحلیلی آسیب‌شناسانه و ارزیابی پرداخته شده است. با توجه به موقعیت مراکز به همراه تمرکز تعداد کارکنان و تخت‌های بیمارستانی، شاخص ANN، شعاع دسترسی، فاصله اقلیدسی و کرنل توزیع فضایی نامتعادل و متراکمی را نشان می‌دهد که در تلفیق با نتایج شاخص‌های شبکه معابر(عرض معابر و فاصله بیمارستان تا تقاطع) و شاخص‌های عملکردی بیمارستان(تعداد تخت و کارکنان) دسترسی به بیمارستان در شرایط فعلی را کاهش داده که موجب آسیب‌پذیری و عدم تاب‌آوری در شرایط بحرانی می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {آسیب‌شناسی,تاب‌آوری فضایی,توزیع فضایی,بیمارستان,شیراز}, url = {https://www.joem.ir/article_253092.html}, eprint = {https://www.joem.ir/article_253092_8eb349c4d6071b0100cd905142896971.pdf} }
