The Relationship between Work-Related Fascination and Organizational Commitment of Aja Officer University Students in the Generation Gap Crisis

Abstract
Organizational commitment is a strong source of motivation to strengthen the performance of employees and to convince them to continue working in difficult conditions as well as work-related tensions and pressures. Therefore, this study was chosen with the aim of investigating the relationship between work-related fascination and organizational commitment of Aja officer university students. The type of research is applied and descriptive survey method. To collect data, the standard questionnaire of Allen and Mayer (2013) was used to measure organizational commitment, as well as Bakker's questionnaire (2008) was used to measure work enthusiasm. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by experts and their reliability was also calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient higher than the standard limit of 0.7 for the variables. Spss24 statistical software and Pearson's test were used to analyze the data. The findings of the research showed that all hypotheses were confirmed with strong relationship intensity and confidence of 0.99, and the main hypothesis of the relationship between work-related fascination and organizational commitment of Aja officer university students has a significant relationship.
