Abstract
In this paper, the site selection issues according to the warehouses and supply chain of crisis management, especially the inventory control of the unexpected demand was considered. Although, the extensive research on the site selection of warehouses was carried out previously, in the context of the theory and application, the chain of disaster relief was not considered precisely. The preliminary aim of this study is to identify the characteristic of the chain of the crisis relief. This model was progressed by inducement of the details of the crisis like damage level, relief process, necessities of injured people. Finally, the model was verified by analyzing and simulation of the real data in Iran, which achieved accurate results. It proves the contribution of this study to facilitate relief processing during natural events.
